PIGSKIN GEOGRAPHY September 8, 2008 - February 2, 2009 This 17-week program motivates students to learn United States geography by tracking the travels of competing professional football teams with the NFL schedule.
CHILDREN'S BOOK DRIVE September 22 - October 13 Each year Child Development Inc. collects books at local grocery stores and schools. These books are sorted and distributed to children who may not otherwise receive a book as a gift. This project is part of Make A Difference Day. If you would like to participate call Janet Joyce at (570) 628-6145.
OCTOBER 2008 SCARY STORIES October 17 - 31 Stories written by students in grades 6-12 will be recorded on INFO*CONNECT.
